The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) has reduced the price of Octane 92 petrol by Rs. 20 and Auto Diesel by Rs. 25, effective from midnight on June 29.
Releasing a statement, CPC said the price of a litre of Octane 92 petrol will be reduced by Rs. 20 to Rs. 414, while a litre of Auto Diesel would be reduced by Rs. 25 to Rs. 382 per litre.
The prices for a litre of Octane 95 petrol (Rs. 495), Super Diesel (Rs. 478) and Kerosene (Rs. 285) remain unchanged.
It was reported that Lanka Indian Oil Corporation and Sinopec had also reduced their prices of Octane 92 petrol and Auto Diesel to match the revised CPC prices.
